Big Boi
The biggest of the fleet. The big boi is built on a 7 x 13 trailer, and seats up to 8 people. It has a warming/changing room that allows for storage of clothes, and a place to change that is out of the elements. It boasts a cedar interior, with repurposed Japenese cedar doors picked up from a yard sale. A modern black aesthetic is complimented by natural wood.
The wood stove provides incredible ambiance with the crackle of a fire, and the hiss of steam. Rocks surround the stove provided a place to dump water, creating Loyly, the essence of a good Finnish sauna experience.
The sauna has a window to allow natural light for sauna bathers.
The changing room features a poured concrete floor, a bench, and plenty of hooks for towels and bags. The burned (Shou Sugi Ban) style not only protects the wood but adds a unique look and feel.
Big Boi is parked at Banya in Portsmouth, NH until their sauna is fixed!
